Location: Home Base Fayetteville, GA / Southside Atlanta The Company Worldwide Express is a franchise system with over $400M in annual sales participating in the logistics sector as a sales channel for such marquee companies as UPS, Conway, YRC, Old Dominion and over a dozen other prominent logistics providers. The company addresses the SMB market segment of the logistics market by providing a unique value added proposition which includes a broad services portfolio, innovative technology, and management information. The position is offered by a franchise with protected territories in the following greater metro markets: Augusta, GA; Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Columbia, SC; Greensboro, NC; Greenville, SC; and Winston Salem, NC The Position: The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business in all of the aforementioned markets. The account acquisition process can take place with a single meeting, or require a carefully planned and executed strategy which may take months to bring to fruition. The candidate must be capable of identifying which approach is warranted, and be equally comfortable quickly closing prospects or developing prospects over time to a successful outcome. Job Requirements: Key Skills Required: • Relevant business experience. Has a proven track record of successful selling and business development. • Ability to manage a large base of prospective customers and identify when one is ripe for change. • Can develop a prospect's need for specific value added features offered by the product portfolio. • Comfortable describing how available technology promotes the buyer's interests. • Capable of being self directed and committed to success measured solely by revenue contribution. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both individually and in group settings. • Dedicated to demonstrating exceptional results in return for greater responsibility. • Experience with Profit/Loss development. • Analytical and strategic capabilities, ability to understand and verbalize value proposition. Candidate Profile: • Bachelor’s degree required. • Minimum 5 years of verifiable success. • Leadership experience to include recruiting, interviewing, selecting and training • Travel 60%
