National Sales Manager / Printing Industry

Job Requirements: Key Skills Required:

• Relevant printing industry business experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Printing Industry Management Experience.
• Proven ability to develop and implement a business plan encompassing P&L to complement the needs of the customer and the strategic direction of the company. Strong analytical skills to research local market conditions analyze results and develop and implement effective strategies.
• Has successfully led business teams. Experience managing through an outside sales team.
• Results oriented and pro-active " able to get things done and consistently overachieves goals and objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both individually and in group settings.
• Has proven skills selecting, coaching and developing people.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5-9 years relevant business and people management experience.
• Level of significant achievement with varied job responsibilities.
• Clear career progression with no more than 2 companies within the last 5 years
• Willing to travel with the outside sales staff meaning their travel will likely be 60%+.
• Currently in the Southeast US or Mid Atlantic and willing to relocate.
