Product Manager / Sprays

Description:

Analyze and identify market opportunities and create, prioritize and execute projects to capitalize on those opportunities.

Market and manage the existing products and develop new products to significantly grow sales.

Research business intelligence on competitors, customers, market trends and government regulations to develop positioning, pricing and growth strategies.

Oversee and support product quality management.

Develop short and long-range product line strategies that achieve strong growth and profitability.

Prepare financial justifications and lead cross-functional teams through development and launch of new products.

Manage product pricing and sales forecasting.

Develop advertising, promotion, merchandising and marketing support materials to build sales and increase product awareness.

Travel to various regions in support of sales efforts and industry events.

Qualifications:

MBA degree with a marketing emphasis.

Bi-lingual " English and Spanish is highly desired.

10+ years experience in the B2B environment.

5+ years of marketing and/or product development experience in a manufacturing company.

New Product Development, Product Management and Marketing Management experience.

Strong leadership skills, experience with supervision of direct reports
