Profile
• Extensive experience in sales, field engineering, sales management and business development
• Analytical and strategic capabilities; strong working knowledge of companies capabilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, extensive travel 60%+
• Bachelor’s Degree Minimum + MBA (preferred)
• Major: Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering (required)

Objectives will cover:
• Securing master and project specifications for key applications
• Converting specifications to sales on targeted projects
• Obtaining high levels of penetration and profitability on targeted projects
• Creating and sustaining customer enthusiasm leading to bonding and repeat business
